You’re ready to answer the call. Now what?
ANSWERING THE CALL IS AS SIMPLE AS 1…2…3
- Fill out the application by October 3rd. The application takes about 10 minutes to complete. We truly review every short answer response, so please take your time when explaining your service background and what motivates you to apply. See the schedule below to determine the best fit; you'll have the opportunity to select your top two session preferences within the application.
- Upon acceptance, fill out an enrollment form. You should hear back from the team about your application status within two weeks. Once accepted, you will need to fill out an enrollment form that takes less than 2 minutes to complete. This form confirms your spot in the program.
- Attend all Answering the Call programming to graduate and receive your leadership development certification. As a participant, you will join an incredible group of servant leaders in your chosen session. To be able to graduate from Answering the Call and receive the full benefits of the material and discussion, you need to attend the full set of programming, whether you are participating in the five-week sessions or the one-day sessions. (We do provide make-up sessions, if needed, see ATC FAQs for more info). There is no pre-work, but written reflection exercises will need to be completed between each five-week session or on the day of the one-day session.
