Answering the Call engages participants in the personal reflection necessary to understand what kind of leader they can become, and in what ways they can lead through politics. We offer different options that best fit your time and schedule to drive home the main question:

Staffing Bootcamps

We offer two staffing courses to support those interested in joining a campaign on the ground floor.

Call time Manager

The role of Call Time Manager is a high-impact position on political campaigns. Call Time Managers support candidate’s fundraising efforts by researching potential donors, preparing lists of contacts, managing candidates as they actually make the calls to solicit contributions, and then following up as needed with individual donors. It is an entry-level role ideal for early career individuals who are eager to get campaign experience.

Finance Director

The role of Finance Director is a high-impact position on political campaigns. Finance Directors lead candidates’ fundraising efforts by creating and implementing the finance plan, overseeing and executing each revenue stream, and managing relationships with donors, other campaign staff, and the candidate. It is a training ideal for individuals eager to get campaign experience leading this vertical, who have been hired as campaign managers but don’t have a background in finance, or who are seeking experience in this role.

Foundations is for those who are clear that they want to serve through politics by running for office. This program grounds participants in their core values, and gives them more tactical strategies for launching a campaign for elected office.Foundations is a small-group facilitated program that includes our skilled advisors who provide feedback and insight on campaigning.
