Biography
Abigail Przynosch (she/her) is the Summer 2025 Intern at New Politics Leadership Academy. Originally from Enka-Candler, North Carolina, just outside Asheville, she is a rising junior at Davidson College, where she is double majoring in Political Science and History.

At Davidson, Abigail is active in several campus organizations, including the Student Government Association, where she serves as an elected Senator, collaborating with students, administrators, and local politicians to advance campus initiatives.

Prior to joining New Politics Leadership Academy, she conducted research last summer in Belfast, Northern Ireland, focusing on education policy in divided societies. Her academic interests also include Peace and Conflict Studies, World History, Feminist Theory, and Comparative Public Policy. She is especially interested in democracy-building around the world and is curious to explore what motivates Americans to run for public office this summer.

Abigail is excited to support community leaders as they step into politics this summer and to contribute to the broader mission of New Politics Leadership Academy. She is currently based in Washington, D.C.
