Biography
Billy Moyer and Ashley Alaniz-Moyer are a powerhouse team of two from Austin, Texas. Together, they host the I Do, We Do podcast talking about how their differences make them stronger. They partner on numerous community ventures including a mentoring program called Apprentice Austin and a pep rally style event they put on every year for high school seniors called Central Texas Signing Day. They are passionate about education, lifelong learning and leadership. They also love traveling and cats.

After graduating from TCU, Ashley was an AmeriCorps VISTA member and worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Irving, Texas. Since then, she has worked in education serving various underrepresented student populations. She now serves as the Executive Director of the Hispanic Scholarship Consortium. Her work has been recognized by the Austin Business Journal, Austin Under 40 awards and Austin Woman Magazine. She also serves on the Mayor of Austin’s Taskforce on Institutional Racism. Ashley received her MBA in Organizational Leadership and Management from Concordia University Texas.

Billy has been teaching others about leadership for 25 years. He went through his first goal setting program at 4-years-old and spoke to his first group at 7. He started SOS Leadership, a leadership development resource center at 21 and wrote the first of 4 books at 22. Billy has served as the interim CEO or COO of six companies in transition and has spoken to, trained and/or coached thousands of leaders helping them realize their potential and improve results. Billy has a Bachelor's from St. Edward's University and is certified in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University where he completed a Master’s in Organizational Leadership.
