Leading with Purpose

Faciliated by Dr. Max Klau, this session invites participants to pause, reflect, and chart a leadership path that is both personally grounded and publicly impactful. Through guided reflection and interactive discussion, Leading with Purpose explores what it means to lead with authenticity and conviction.

Participants will examine the meaning of purpose, reflect on leadership as both an inner and outer journey, and contemplate their highest aspirations as individuals. By the end, participants will walk away with greater clarity about the values that drive them and a mission statement to help guide their choices as they step forward into civic leadership.
