Help Us Find
the Leaders Our
Communities
Deserve.

America Has the Servant Leaders.

The Political System Just Isn’t Built for Them.

A teacher who stayed late. A veteran who came home. A social worker navigating broken systems. A first responder who runs toward what everyone else runs from.

We’ve built an organization just for them — the ones thinking about what’s next in their leadership journey and wondering if political leadership might be in their future.

A partnership with your organization helps give them the answer: programs, community, and next steps.

New Politics Academy is unmatched in terms of what they offer to those that want to trade one uniform for another to continue serving. Warrior-Scholar Project is fortunate to be able to refer so many of our enlisted veteran alumni to New Politics Academy to prepare them for their next leadership journey.

Your organization has already done the hard work of finding and developing these leaders. A partnership with NPA means you have an ally for what comes next — so the people you’ve invested in don’t have to figure out their next chapter alone.

They get programs, community, and a path forward, and you get to be part of what they become.

COMMON QUESTIONS

FAQ

Our focus is empowering servant leaders with courage, integrity, and empathy — and we don’t think there’s anything partisan about those values. We believe leadership should transcend party. So we’ll talk to anyone with a service background who embodies those values.

Our funding comes from a combination of grants, foundations, and individual donors.

Partnership with NPA starts with real alignment around our mission. It lives on a spectrum — from initial connection to deeper collaboration — and grows over time through trust, consistency, and understanding each other’s capacity.
